Whenever possible, we try to maintain consistency with the team assigned to your home. However, changes may occasionally happen because of vacations, days off, emergencies, scheduling changes, or other operational needs. Regardless of which team visits your home, our professionals follow the same cleaning standards and service information recorded for your property.
Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning is specifically designed for homes where someone is moving in or moving out. Because the property is usually empty or partially empty, our team can access areas that may not normally be available during a regular residential cleaning, including certain interior surfaces and spaces usually covered by furniture or personal belongings. Please visit our Service Checklist to see everything included with this service.
If your home is already cleaned regularly and is generally in good condition, a Standard Cleaning will likely be the right choice. If it has been some time since your home received a detailed cleaning, there is heavier buildup, or you would like to start recurring service with a more complete cleaning baseline, we may recommend a Deep Cleaning. You can also review our Service Checklist, use our Smart Calculator, or contact our team. We will be happy to help you choose the best cleaning option for your home.
You do not need to clean your home before we arrive. However, we recommend putting away clothes, toys, documents, and personal items that may be scattered around the home. This allows our team to access surfaces more easily and spend the scheduled time actually cleaning your home.
A regular cleaning typically takes between 1 and 4 hours, depending on the size of the home, number of rooms, condition of the property, and number of cleaners performing the service. A Deep Cleaning typically takes between 4 and 12 hours in most cases. These are general estimates. Larger homes, properties with heavier buildup, or situations requiring additional attention may take longer.
We use products appropriate for residential cleaning and follow proper safety procedures during the service. If anyone in your household has allergies, specific sensitivities, or if you have product preferences because of children or pets, please let our team know before your cleaning.
Our team follows professional processes, standards, and cleaning routines designed to make the service more efficient and consistent. In addition to saving you time, professional cleaning helps maintain your home on a regular basis and gives attention to areas that are often overlooked during everyday cleaning.
The price can vary based on several factors, including the size of your home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, type of cleaning, service frequency, current condition of the property, and any additional services requested. You can also use our Smart Calculator available on our website. The calculator uses real information about your home to provide an estimated average cost for the service. It does not provide a final price or official quote, but it can help give you a more realistic idea of the expected cost before requesting an estimate.
During the first visit, our team may need to spend additional time addressing areas with accumulated dust, grease, residue, and buildup that go beyond regular maintenance. Once we establish a good cleaning baseline, recurring services usually become faster and more efficient.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation, rescheduling, and applicable fee policies are available in our service policies.
Yes. You can book a One-Time Cleaning without committing to recurring service. This type of cleaning can be ideal before or after a party, before guests arrive, for special events, during a move, or simply whenever your home needs some extra attention.
Our standard cleaning service is focused on the regular maintenance of your home and typically includes cleaning bathrooms, the kitchen, surfaces, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors. Some items may vary depending on the service selected. To see exactly what is included, we recommend checking our Service Checklist section, where we provide a detailed breakdown of each cleaning service.
Cleaning the inside of the oven and refrigerator may depend on the type of service selected and, in some cases, may be available as an additional service. To see exactly what is included with your cleaning, please visit our Service Checklist section.
Yes. Pets are part of the family, and we regularly clean homes with dogs, cats, and other pets. We simply ask that you let us know in advance if there are any special instructions, such as a pet that should not leave a certain room or that needs to remain in a specific area while we clean.
Standard Cleaning is ideal for homes that are already being maintained regularly and need ongoing cleaning. Deep Cleaning is much more detailed and is recommended when your home needs extra attention. It focuses on areas where dirt and buildup tend to accumulate over time, such as baseboards, doors, corners, kitchen details, bathrooms, and other surfaces. To compare exactly what is included in each service, please visit our Service Checklist section.
If your home has not had a detailed professional cleaning in some time, buildup may be present in several areas. A Deep Cleaning allows us to establish a fresh cleaning baseline. After that, regular cleaning visits can maintain your home much more efficiently. Our team can help evaluate your situation and recommend the service that best fits your needs.
No. Our team brings the cleaning products and equipment needed to perform the service. If you have a specific product you would like us to use on a particular surface or area of your home, simply let us know ahead of time.
Cleaning inside cabinets is typically not included in a regular residential cleaning, but it may be available with certain services or as an add-on. This type of cleaning is especially common with Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning services. Please check our Service Checklist for complete details.
It depends on your household and lifestyle. Families with children, pets, or higher household traffic often benefit from weekly or biweekly cleanings. We also offer other cleaning frequencies based on each client's needs.
No. You do not need to be home while we clean. Many of our clients provide a key, door code, garage access, or specific entry instructions so our team can complete the service while they are away. If you prefer to stay home during the cleaning, that is completely fine. We simply ask that you allow our cleaners access to the areas being cleaned while they are working in each space. We can coordinate the best access option with you before your appointment.
